Description: Servers are responsible for creating a positive guest experience by assuring that all members and guests are served in a prompt, efficient, and pleasant manner. Recognizing and calling members by name. Assisting in all outlets of the Food and Beverage Operation as needed, including a la carte, beach club, banquets, and beverage cart. Ideal candidates are hospitality professionals who possess a strong work ethic and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.

All Servers are responsible for the following job duties:
- Greet all guests and members warmly with an appropriate greeting.
- Prepares tables, lays out napkins and utensils, makes sure condiments are filled, performing all other preparation tasks.
- Keeping updated on the current menu, beverage, and member event offerings.
- Maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, up-selling, removing courses, replenishing utensils, and refilling beverages.
- Properly open and pour wine tableside.
- Keep tables, dining rooms, and bus stations clean and organized.
- Set up, break down, and service special events.
- Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently.
- Understand and communicate products and services available at the club.
- Ability to lift 40 lbs. or more alone or with a team member.

Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred).
Experience: Serving Experience: 1 year (Preferred).
